Dear Parent/Carer,

At Bickley Primary School, we operate a very popular before and after school club, The Bickley Nightingales. We are now accepting applications for children starting at Bickley Primary School in September 2025. To ensure that we have adequate staffing levels to accommodate all children that require a space, we would ask that all applications are submitted by Friday 30th May.

All information relating to the club, including club operations, breakfast and afterschool menu’s, pricing and the necessary forms to request a place, can be found on the School website or by clicking on this link https://www.bickley.bromley.sch.uk/424/wrap-around-care-bickley-nightingales

Places at the club will be allocated in the following priority order:

• Siblings of children already attending the Bickley Nightingales
• Children already attending Bickley Nightingales requiring additional days
• All other applications received will be processed and places allocated in the order in which they are received.

Please note that to make an application for a place at the club, you will need to complete and return the following documents:

• Registration Form
• Booking Form

The forms must be completed online. You will need to complete a form for each child requiring a place at the club. We do not accept paper copies. If you have any questions or experience any difficulties in completing these forms, please email nightingales@nestschools.org.

Deadline for Parents whose children already attend the club

If your child already attends the Bickley Nightingales and you need to change or require additional sessions at the club from September, please email nightingales@nestschools.org by Friday 30th May. This is to ensure that we can prioritise additional places before new spaces are allocated. 

For siblings of children already attending the club, please follow the guidance above and complete a new registration and booking form by the 30^th May.

Any sibling application or request for additional days received after this date will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and will no longer be prioritised in the order stated above.
